In this title you can collect two great lessons learned after carrying out this research about nostalgia. The past is reflected every day in individuals, in the way of thinking, acting and loving. It will always be a mirror of the soul and of the backpack loaded with memories that each person carries with them, however, it is important to remember it and relive it for what it is: something that will not return. On the other hand, reflecting on it is a good way to learn, who looks at his past, has the ability to learn from his mistakes and appreciate the person he was and is no longer.
